The Racine Police Department has a new partner to help keep Racine's streets safe. ClearCom has recently installed new, hi-tech surveillance cameras in some of Racine's high crime areas. This retroactive surveillance system will allow police officers to monitor these areas as well as review reliable video footage of crimes. Watch the FOX6 news special to learn more.
